working the biceps
Hey i've been working out my biceps 2 hours a day for about 2 months now, and I was thinking if I should have "resting days"? Many told me that I should lift for 5 days and rest 2......others had told me to have a 1 day break after 1 day of lifting.....so which one is the best?........(sorry for my bad English )
